2x All-America East Vermont guard enters the portal as a grad transfer

Stef Smith, a 39% three point shooter whose already made 198 career threes, has decided to leave Vermont per his AAU program Northern Kings. Smith has scored 1,211 career points and has helped lead Vermont to 2 NCAA tournament appearances during his 4-year tenure. He tested the NBA waters last off-season before ultimately deciding to return to school. Expect some power 5 conferences to show some interest.
