In what can only be described as a transfer portal stunner, Texas Tech leading scorer Richard "Pop" Isaacs will transfer.
The news was first reported by Field of 68's Jeff Goodman.
Isaacs was a star for the Red Raiders tournament team this year, leading them with 15.8 points per game, as well as nearly four assists a night as well. His three-point shooting needs work (at just 29 percent) but it doesn't change the fact that he instantly becomes one of the best talents in the portal.
Isaacs will have two years of eligibility remaining.
