A fourth Xavier player has entered the transfer portal

Xavier has lost several key reserves over the course of the off-season and now, a starter has decided to test his options away from the school. Jason Carter started 51 of 53 games for the Musketeers over the last two seasons - averaging 5.5 points and six rebounds per game this past season. According to the Cincinnati Enquirer, Carter will receive his Master's degree this spring and is deciding whether to use his extra year permitted by the NCAA to continue his college career at another school, move on from playing college basketball or return to Xavier. He joins KyKy Tandy, CJ Wilcher and Daniel Ramsey as players who've decided to transfer from the Musketeers program this off-season.
