Another key Utah player is in the transfer portal

On Friday, All-Pac-12 guard Timmy Allen from Utah entered the transfer portal and on Monday one of his high-scoring teammates did the same. The player was Alfonso Plummer, the Utes' second-leading scorer, who announced that he would both test the NBA Draft waters and enter the portal to keep his college options open.

The 6'1 guard originally from Puerto Rico was the Utes' second-leading scorer this season at 13.6 points per game, but has the ability to fill up the basket, with several 20-point performances in Pac-12 play in 2021. He also shot over 38 percent from the three-point line, making him one of the Pac-12's most deadly shooters.
