Another update on Justin Powell

We knew Justin Powell would be a hot commodity when he announced he'd transfer from Auburn, and that became clear in his first full day in the portal on Wednesday. Shortly after KSR's Jack Pilgrim reported that Kentucky, Louisville, Duke, Virginia and Gonzaga were among the schools that reached out, Tipton Edits was more emphatic, saying that Kentucky is the current leader for the 6'6 guard, who is originally from Kentucky. Powell averaged 11.7 points and 4.7 assists per game on over 44 percent three-point shooting for the Tigers last season. He'll have three years of eligibility remaining.
