It was a successful Easter weekend for the Auburn Tigers, as over the weekend Bruce Pearl's club landed one of the best available players - DII star Elyjah Freeman.
A 6'8 wing Freeman was a breakout star for DII Lincoln Memorial, averaging 18.8 points per game and 9.2 rebounds as a freshman this past season. He also shot nearly 46 percent from beyond the three-point arc.
Freeman also visited Tennessee and Indiana before committing to the Tigers - giving Pearl a wing to play and replacement for the recently departed Chad Baker-Mazara.
