Duke transfer Henry Coleman is headed to the SEC

Duke forward Henry Coleman is a former Top 50 recruit, who entered the transfer portal late last week. And on Wednesday he made his college decision - he announced that he has committed to Texas A&M.

At 6'7 Coleman is more "undersized power forward" than "wing" but will still bring energy and toughness to an Aggie squad that finished 13th out of 14 SEC games last season, while playing just 18 total games because of Covid restrictions. He averaged less than two points per game at Duke last season, but was also buried in a deep frontcourt behind Matthew Hurt, Jalen Johnson and others.

This is the third solid commitment for Buzz Williams this off-season, as the Aggies have added Wyoming point guard Marcus Williams and Arkansas' forward Ethan Henderson as well.
