Alabama Transfer Nimari Burnett, has committed to Michigan per On3sports. Burnett played in a career high 27 games this past season, and was one of the best on ball defenders in college basketball. A former top 40 recruit, Burnett started his career at Texas Tech, and transferred to Alabama mid way through the 2021 season.
Unfortunately, Burnett suffered a torn ACL prior to the start of the 2022 season, but was a key contributor for Alabama, who earned the #1 overall seed in the NCAA Tournament this season. Burnett will have at least three years of eligibility remaining.
