Former Murray State G Trae Hannibal announced he will be playing at LSU next season. Hannibal will be playing for his former Head Coach at Murray State Matt McMahon, who will be taking over in Baton Rogue this season. Hannibal will join his former Murray State Justice Hill at LSU as well.
Hannibal is a 6'2 Guard, from Elliott, South Carolina who averaged 9.2 points, 5.1 rebounds and 2.5 assists last season for Murray State. He is also familiar to the SEC, spending two seasons as a member of South Carolina from 2019-2021.
