Former UConn guard Rashool Diggins has heard from a handful of marquee programs

Rashool Diggins, a former Top 50 recruit who never was able to crack the rotation at UConn, decided to enter the transfer portal last week, and is now hearing from some marquee schools.

According to 247 Sports' Travis Branham, among the schools who have reached out, include Penn State, Xavier, FGCU, VCU, Rhode Island, UMass, Georgia, Temple, Pittsburgh and Iona.

Diggins is a former four-star guard in the class of 2021, who chose the Huskies over Villanova a season ago. He appeared in just nine total games for the Huskies however.
