Earl Timberlake, a highly-touted forward coming out of high school who may believed would be a "one and done" forward has found a new home. After announced he'd leave Miami a few weeks ago, he told ESPN's Jonathan Givony this week that he will play for Memphis.
Timberlake is a big, powerful 6'6 wing originally from the DC area, but injuries limited him to just seven games this season.
Timberlake chose the Tigers over a loaded list of finalists that include Gonzaga, LSU, Providence, Georgetown and Seton Hall.
