It was a great day for one Big 12 school, who not only will return an All-American - but added a key guy to play alongside him.

That's because on Wednesday Texas Tech announced that Big 12 Player of the Year JT Toppin will return to college hoops - then just hours later added Santa Clara guard Tyeree Bryan to play alongside him.

Bryan was one of the best mid-major shooters in college hoops, averaging 10 points per game on over 43 percent shooting from behind the arc. He will immediately add backcourt scoring pop to a team which loses several key pieces, including second leading scorer Chance McMillian.

Bryan has one year of eligibility remaining.
