Cam Spencer, an athletic 6'4 sharpshooter who averaged nearly 19 points per game this past season at Loyola (MD) has made his transfer decision - he has committed to Rutgers.
In addition to averaging 19 per game this season, Spencer was also one of the best shooters in the portal. He shot over 43 percent from behind the three-point arc in both the 2020 and 2021 seasons, before those numbers dipped a bit this past season.
Still, he'd add instant scoring pop to a Rutgers backcourt that desperately needs it.
