Chalk up another win for new Indiana coach Mike Woodson. Just a day after picking up the transfer of Pitt guard Xavier Johnson, Woodson convinced Race Thompson - a starter on last year's Indiana team - to pull his name out of the portal and return to school.
Thompson averaged 9.1 points and 6.2 rebounds per game for the Hoosiers last season, and is now the third player to pull his name out of the portal this off-season, joining freshman guard Khristian Lander, freshman forward Jordan Geronimo and guard Parker Stewart.
